How long is processing and handling?
Typically we ship out all orders within 24-48 hours depending on stock and possible custom requirements.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your location and the product, but this provides a good estimate:
USA: 7-10 days
Canada: 8-14 days
Worldwide: 2-3 weeks
I haven't received my product.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes! You have 30 days after receiving the product to return it, as long as you haven’t damaged it in any way. We will give a full refund after we receive the returned item. Please contact us at support@meloncrate.co for return requests.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order has been processed and shipped.
How can I track the package?
The order will be shipped around 1-2 days after placing the order, in which you will receive tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking info you can contact us at support@meloncrate.co
